Mr. Kirit Desai
He started at ground level — site execution, workforce management, construction supervision — before stepping into independent contracting, where he took full ownership of manpower, resources, quality, and project delivery.
His portfolio spans premium and luxury residential developments, including Nityam Villa, RK Bungalows, and several bespoke luxury residences, alongside industrial projects across Rajkot and surrounding areas. He's currently executing over 2 lakh sq. ft. of active development, including Crystal Bungalows and Class-1 officer residences in Morbi.
The leaders behind the work
Mr. Vasisth Tala
His professional journey with NCC Construction Company, Mumbai progressed from Junior Engineer to Project Engineer and Company Manager, building extensive expertise in PEB structures, high-rise buildings, repair & renovation, and project execution.
His time at NCC laid the foundation. What followed was independent execution across private and government works like — from the Ras Resort in Silvassa to government-sector projects spanning sea-wave protection at Diu, GETCO at Talala, BSNL at Rajkot, and the Indian Air Force at Bhuj, in addition to residential and industrial projects in the private sector.
